Basic Exhibition Checklist with Images (CCP and BPL)

Profiles: Fcart, LHMC, Anthro, OHC, Core
Generate report from the Exhibition Procedure, pull details from related objects

  1. Identification Number *

  2. Thumbnail of image (from related MH records) *

  3. Other number, concatenated with other number type

  4. Title *

  5. Object Name, Controlled and Uncontrolled concatenated into one cell

  6. Production date *

  7. Production person, people, organization *

  8. Material

  9. Dimension Summary with part *

  10. Credit Line (from related accession or loan in records) *

  11. Computed Current Location *

  12. Responsible Department


    * CCP requirements + technique with type of medium; production person with type of maker; title (first title); credit line (not in right place)

Computed current location is displayed correctly.

No related objects found for this Exhibition is generated if no objects are related to the current exhibition.

I hadn’t actually considered empty reports, but I’ve seen some older reports do that as well. do you have a preference?

one more. In case of empty report, in Exhibition Basic List there is a message generated that says No related objects found for this Exhibition. for this report, you get an empty file.

Thanks I’ll add the dimension part and clean up the current location.

We had some discussion previously on how we could add the thumbnail to be included with a csv but since it’s a text file I think we opted for recommending using the xlsx output.
