The Search button (for "Search Related Records") appears on the right sidebar of Object and Procedural records, in the Related Objects and Related Procedures sections of the sidebar. Clicking the Search button will pivot you to the Search results screen, with all related Cataloging or Procedural records displayed as if they had been searched for. From there, you can browse the list or add some or all of the records to another Object or Procedural record. For example, you could use the Search button on a Loan Out record to view all the related Cataloging records as advanced search results, and then add those Cataloging records to a new Location record. |
