This gap analysis outlines functionality available in our current CMS and required by our collections department that is neither currently available in CSpace nor on the 2.0 Roadmap. It does not include a list of fields that will need to be added unless they exhibit behavior not supported by CSpace.

* The ability to "hide" representations if an object and its media are published to the public browser
* The entity (persons and organizations), production, and publication authorities
* The ability to add items to a "collection" that can be used to facilitate search, collections management activities, etc.
