User Manual: Login and Password Reset

Login

• Visit the URL provided by your system administrator

• Use the login and email address provided by your system administrator

• To visit the CollectionSpace demo site, go to http://core.collectionspace.org

• Login with admin@core.collectionspace.org and password Administrator

Password Reset - Current Password Known

• Log in as described above

• Click “Administration”

• Click on your user name in the list of users

• Type your new password in the “Password” and “Confirm password” fields

• Click “Save”

Password Reset - Current Password Unknown

• If you have forgotten your password, click the link at the bottom of the login box to reset your password

• An email will be sent to the address entered at the time of user account creation

• Follow the link in the email to enter a new password
