This Review and Comment page is for the TAXON AUTHORITY. The taxon authority is used to define groups of biological organisms on the basis of shared characteristics, and give names to those groups.

  1. Review the fields present in the schema below, and ask the following questions in relation to your organization:
    1. Is this procedure necessary to manage my collections?
