REST Interfaces - CRUD+L Operations

The Group Service offers a RESTful interface to CRUD+L operations (create, read, update, and delete of individual resources, plus a variety of list operations on multiple resources). Currently, the service is modeled like a simple procedure, but we may consider adding support for an extended part of the associated relations, much like we do for hierarchic authorities.
