- Address information for new donors in a format that can be imported into our fundraising database
- Gift information, e.g. so if a donor is coming to visit the development department can see if anything they've given is on view
- Images for grant applications with easily findable credit information

The PR department would like access to the following:
- Images for press and web use with easily findable credit information (credit for both donor and photographer). The PR department is willing to enter information into the "Use of Collections" procedure if they share images for publication
- A way for the collections department to tag objects that would be suitable for sharing via social media
- A way to see what it currently on view in the Museum's core exhibition
- A way to see view the current, accurate gallery label copy for a given object
- A way to see accurate object descriptions to answer press inquiries
