We might not need Post to Public here

We might need resolution (currently given in filename when PFA uploads images).  There is a standard resolution, but there are outliers.  Maybe a dynamic list?  Might be overkill -- could be a static list in app config.

Are there other image file properties that we want to capture and populate on the fly?  (See gap document for more info.)
