- 162 have multiple authorities listed in the same authority record. (This happened during the migration from the Access database). These can be separated by hand. Most of these authorities only have one or two occurrences in object records. 8 have no occurrences. See spreadsheet.
- First name: 162 records with a space " " before the name (as in " Vulcan Mi"). Many of these are NOT first names and could use cleanup. See spreadsheet. NOTE: Cleaned up only the items with a status of "3" ("Complete").
- Last name: 23 entries with strangely formatted last names stuck together during sort.
- Suffix: Only two have suffixes. (They are Frank McGlynn, Jr. and Eddie Foy, Sr.). However, many entity display names have suffixes that are not depicted here. See spreadsheet.
- Type: Cleaned up "Groups." SUFFIX: Searched on "," in display name and last name; added suffixes to this field where needed. see list.
- TYPE: Moved or deleted "GROUPS" that belonged in individuals, corporations, or productions.
