Introduction
The CollectionSpace DRAFT bonsai profile is based on work being done by the GSBF Bonsai Garden at Lake Merritt and the Pacific Bonsai Museum. All procedures are under review, as are extensions used in the anthropology, fine art, herbarium, and botanical garden profiles. The work will be reviewed by the bonsai community to ensure that:
- the majority of fields necessary to properly document and manage a bonsai collection are present
- fields that are in the CollectionSpace core data model but not relevant to bonsai collections are removed
