To run a report from any procedure or authority term record in CollectionSpace, select the desired report from the “Run Report” dropdown at the top of the right sidebar, and click the “Run” button. You will be prompted for confirmation, once you select Run the report will be opened in a new tab or windows. If you have unsaved changes, you will be prompted to save and then run the report. You may not run a report with unsaved changes.
If you have pop-ups blocked on your browser, your report may not open. Check your browser's address bar for an alert, and allow pop-ups from your CollectionSpace domain.
