Maintaining CollectionSpace
Once up and running, an efficient and minimal procedure for ensuring reliable operation, addressing problems, incorporating new features, and general care and feed of CollectionSpace is good practice.
The procedures should be documented and the appropriate staff delegated to provide support and continue to improve the procedures.
We describe here some of the procedures we have put in place at the University of California, Berkeley to keep our production deployments on an even keel:
