Sample Data for Import, Export, Reporting, and More

The purpose of this project is to create a set of standardized test data, an exemplar transformation from .csv to XML formats, and an exemplar set of scripts to import XML formatted data into CollectionSpace. The test data and exemplars will be: 

• Used by the program team and added to the CollectionSpace demo site on a regular and automated basis.
• Used by implementers and service providers to test data import, reporting, and data export/sharing scenarios.
• Used by implementers and service providers as a guide to: recommended formatting of .csv data to improve import-ability; the conversion of .csv data to properly formatted XML; and the import of XML data into a CollectionSpace instance.
