Attach other file types
Needed by whom and when
Basic statements about who needs the functionality and by when.
UCB: Most users have expressed strong interest in being able to attach Word files, PDFs, Excel files to objects and procedural records. Other media types such as sound and audio have also been requested.

Different levels of functionality would be based on whether CollectionSpace has native tools such as viewers or whether you just see an icon indicating existing of an "attachment"

Attach other file types: User can upload file of basically any type and attach it to an object or procedural record. CollectionSpace will only indicate presence of attachment by a document icon, file name, and if entered by the user more information such as file type.

As definitions and priorities are clarified, the user stories above should be moved into relative order below.
