UI layout redesign justification
The UI layout for Object Cataloging needs to be redesigned to better fit the needs of PAHMA. The cataloging information required for "Minimal" and "Basic" levels of cataloging should be clustered together, to the extent possible, to maximize the efficiency of cataloging.
