  • DISPLAY NAME, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME: I deleted the before text and cleaned up records with a status of "3."
  • 162 have multiple authorities listed in the same authority record. (This happened during the migration from the Access database). These can be separated by hand. Most of these authorities only have one or two occurrences in object records. 8 have no occurrences. See spreadsheet. 
  • SUFFIX: Searched on "," in display name and last name; added suffixes to this field where needed. see list.
  • TYPE: Moved or deleted "GROUPS" that belonged in individuals, corporations, or productions.
