Attached is a revised PowerPoint deck containing wireframes for the Place Authority we are designing for UCB collections and beyond.

We decided to implement the repeating field group, Georeference Capture Summary (which has 16 fields) using an approach recommended by Jesse.  Thanks, Jesse!

You're right, a table with a single row of 16 fields is a bit much! Just an idea, but I *think* it's possible to do this entirely in html by not using a table element and instead use a repeating group of div containers. Visually, this could appear similar to how we treat a sub-information group, such as Textual Inscription in a Cataloging record. This could involve adding some type of border element, change the background color, and/or use empty space to signify that these fields belong to a common group.
