Reports can be run in CollectionSpace in three ways: via the right sidebar of a procedural record, the right sidebar of the search results screen, and the Tool menu. Not sure what reports are available? To see the library of reports available via a standard CollectionSpace installation, visit our Report Repository. Reports may be run in a variety of contexts; some reports in the Reports menu will ask which context you'd like to use. - Single - this is a report that can be run against a single CSID, e.g. for a Loan Out or Object Cataloging record. The report may return information on multiple records, e.g. a list of all Objects related to a Loan Out.
- List - this is a report that can be run against a list of CSIDs, the list may be created using the regular Search or the Search pop-up within the Tools menu
- Group - this is a report that can be run on a single Group, either from the sidebar of the Group record or the Tools menu
- All - this is a report that can be run against all records in the system. Usually these reports will accept parameters, e.g. date or number ranges
