Pivot from Procedural Record to Related Name Authority Term Record
User Story
User may pivot, via the right sidebar, to an authority term related to the primary tab of a procedural record (e.g. the Acquisition tab of an Acquisition record). In this use case, related = authority terms used within the procedural record. This user story does not refer to a "see also"-type relationship.
