Pivot from Procedural Record to Related Procedural Record
User Story
User may pivot, via the right sidebar, to a procedural record related to a procedural record. In this use case, related = procedural records that affect an entire procedure rather than a single object (e.g. an acquisition may be related to location/movement control, insurance, condition checking, etc.). This user story does not refer to a "see also"-type relationship.
