Child Record may Inherit Relationships from Parent Record

User Story

When creating, editing or deleting relationships from a parent record, the system should allows the user to make the same changes to any children records. For example, if a new relationship is created between a parent cataloging record and a location and movement record, the system should ask the user if the cataloging record's children should have the same relationship to the location and movement record.
