User may create reference to media asset stored outside CSpace
User Story
From within a media record, a user may create a reference to a media asset that is not stored within CollectionSpace. The system should extract technical metadata from the file and display in the appropriate fields, and create derivatives for use in the media record, right sidebar, search, and reporting.
