User can upload media to a media record
User Story
User may upload a document, image, audio, or video file to a media record. The system should extract technical metadata from the file and display in the appropriate fields (noted in the media handling schema.
For the 1.0 release, supported record types are listed below.
- Note that system will only extract technical metadata from images for 1.0 release, not other media types.
