Installing CollectionSpace

CollectionSpace is installed on a server and accessed using a web browser. No software needs to be installed on end user computers. Installing and maintaining CollectionSpace on a server requires advanced knowledge and familiarity with command-line tools, networking settings, etc.
We recommend installing CollectionSpace on a Linux Ubuntu 22.04 server. For detailed instructions on installing CollectionSpace onto an Ubuntu 22.04 LTS server, see Installing on Ubuntu LTS.
