Version 7.0 release includes new Transport and Insurance/Indemnity procedures, changes and additions to various records, and bug fixes.

Breaking Change Note
Release 7.0 contains breaking changes. If you have customized your installation of CollectionSpace, you may need to update your configuration to work with 7.0. If you have written reports, you may need to update those reports to be compatible with 7.0. Breaking changes are noted below with BREAKING.
New functionality
The Reference Number field now appears on the Pot Tag record in the Botanical Garden profile. DRYD-906: botgarden profile field changes for 6.1Closed

Schema changes
On the Media record, a new field has been added: Alt Text. DRYD-886: Create Alt Text field in Media HandlingClosed
On the Object record, the Annotation field group has been added to all profiles (previously, these fields only existed on the Fine and Contemporary Art and Anthropology profiles). DRYD-913: Add Annotation extension to Core / All remaining profilesClosed

BREAKING On the Object record, some NAGPRA-related fields in the Anthropology profile have moved into the new repeating Reported to National NAGPRA group. Data will be automatically migrated from the old fields to new fields when CSpace 7 starts up for the first time. If you have written reports that use the old fields, your queries will need to be updated to use the new fields. Bug fixes

The creation of multiple contact records on Person and Organization records is now disallowed in the back end. Previously, this could have prevented certain Person and Organization records from being saved. https://collectionspace.atlassian.net/browse/DRYD-961
BREAKING In exported CSV files, the format of column headers has changed for fields that are controlled by authorities. The column headers for an exported field now consistently include the field name, the authority name, and the vocabulary name. If you process the exported CSV files, your programs may need to be updated.
