HAVRC Website Main Search Page – Authority Control

These search fields access nightly snapshot data that is created by a number of stored procedures that refresh and pull data from the Seurat application tables. Stored procedures generate the pick lists that appear when the end user clicks on a search field tag. In the context of the following table, the table names that appear in the Authority Control table column are the Seurat tables from which the snapshot data is generated. The vocabulary source column lists the controlled vocabularies from which the data values are derived that populate the local authority control table.

Accession Number	Picture	System generated. Accession numbers and records are generated automatically at time of order entry

Locations	Location	TGN is preferred source of terminology but terms not found in TGN may be added locally
