User stories

These will be turned into user stories, from which Jira tasks and estimates will be developed. 

  • UCBG upgrade/launch - CSpace code upgrade, report and web app completion (see user story, UCBG-218).  Scheduled launch  -- week of April 22.
  • CollectionSpace 3.2.2
    • QA and launch
    • Upgrade tenants?
  • Mellon Officers Grant startup
    • Unified configuration
  • PAHMA performance (see user story, PAHMA-761) - Assess performance following 3.2.2 upgrade. Consider moving reports to denormalized data snapshot, but first improve and test snapshot.
  • Show Related Objects button on procedures (see user story, PAHMA-762)
  • Web apps: Build first Django application, resulting in a template that can be used for future deployments (best practices for versioning and management too) - (see ticket, UCBG-211)
  • PAHMA/Delphi (see ticket for overall approach, PAHMA-573)

Scheduled completion: End of April (or sooner)

  • TBD: Modify advanced search to allow searching across related records (see STIM, UCJEPS-369)
