CollectionSpace Deployment Planning Guide

CollectionSpace deployment includes the following activities.  Tools and examples will be developed to demonstrate how other institutions are working on migrating to CollectionSpace. 

Note: As this Deployment Planning Guide grows more complete, estimates related to resource estimation (e.g., finances and staff) will be added.

• Deployment design and planning
• Function-by-function deployment approach
• Deployment transition and launch
• Ongoing support and continuous improvement

A diagram will be developed to help visualize the recommended approach.
