Mockup

Country is an ISO list, so we will need either to add a new field tied to the country vocabulary or tie the existing field Place of Birth to the vocabulary. Ray: OK to use the Place of Birth field, rename Country, and tie to ISO list.

We also need to compare the CSpace vocabulary (identifiers and names) to the  CineFiles country vocabulary. They need the ISO list that includes historical country names.

Do we need checkboxes for: Is Director? Is fully indexed?  Needs indexing?  This is to support http://www.mip.berkeley.edu/cinefiles/Directors.jsp and http://www.mip.berkeley.edu/cinefiles/BrowseBayAreaFilms.jsp and http://www.mip.berkeley.edu/cinefiles/BrowseDirs.jsp  Need workflow for maintaining this information.  FYI, Film Genres are inferred not stated on person record.
