Each record type (registrar/lots, cataloging, vocabulary terms) includes a log tab that includes a history of all changes made to a record.

• The log is not editable.

Summary

Users may view a "summary" view of the catalog record. This view pulls information from multiple tabs and mimics how the record will look on the public interface.

Templates

Users may create a data entry template based on an existing record.

• Only one template may be "active" at a time
• Non-intuitive location for template creation
