The right sidebar contains a snapshot of contextual information for a record.

The sidebar menus include: Thumbnails for all related Media Handling records Terms used: Links to all authority terms used in the Primary record Related objects: Links to all related Object/Cataloging records Related procedures: Links to all related Procedural records Reports: Links to all Reports relevant to the Primary record Batch Jobs: Links to all Batch Jobs relevant to the Primary record

Select the Search button next to any menu to view the used terms or related records as Search results


Select the Add button next to the Related Objects or Related Procedures menu to Add a relationship to an existing Object or Procedural record
