User Story Summaries are for capturing notes about broad user stories, or user story themes, related to a particular topic. These may be used as inspiration and source material for creating specific user stories, which may in turn be implemented in various system releases. Some of these broad stories, or themes, may not be implemented in the 1.0 release.
Dimensions stories

User can add dimensions to an object record.

User can add dimensions to an organizational record. (This encompasses adding dimensions, such as media size, to a media support record.)

User can specify a dimension value, value qualifier, measurement unit, aspect being measured, and part being measured

User can create (or system can provide) a summary/display version of a set of measurements

Sysadmin can set the default dimension measurement units for the system

Admin can create dimensions templates (see Services Team Design Meeting June 18, 2009)
