Customization User Story Summary
User Story Summaries are for capturing notes about broad user stories, or user story themes, related to a particular topic. These may be used as inspiration and source material for creating specific user stories, which may in turn be implemented in various system releases. Some of these broad stories, or themes, may not be implemented in the 1.0 release.
Field Customization
Sysadmin can add a new field (with defined behavior)
Sysadmin can rename a field
Sysadmin can hide a field
Sysadmin can delete a field (limited to fields added by institution; core schema fields can be hidden but not deleted)
Sysadmin can rearrange a form
Sysadmin can reorder fields within a section on a form
Sysadmin can hide "sections" of a form (e.g., the entire Insurance section on the Intake form)
Sysadmin can set a section to start out as collapsed/minimized
Sysadmin can reorder sections of a form
Sysadmin can hide a procedure (e.g. intake, conservation)
Sysadmin can associate an existing field with a new controlled vocabulary
Sysadmin can associate an new field with an existing controlled vocabulary
Syadmin can associate a new field with a new controlled vocabulary
Sysadmin can adjust tab order to accommodate new fields, reordered sections of a form, and so on.
