Template User Story Summary
User Story Summaries are for capturing notes about broad user stories, or user story themes, related to a particular topic. These may be used as inspiration and source material for creating specific user stories, which may in turn be implemented in various system releases. Some of these broad stories, or themes, may not be implemented in the 1.0 release.
Template stories
User can create and edit an object, procedural, or organizational record template
User can name a template
User can search and preview existing templates
User can create a new object, procedural, or organizational record from a template
User can select which fields to use from an existing template
User can delete a template
User can designate a template as public or private
User can assign active dates to a template (e.g. valid from 2009/06/01 through 2009/08/31)

User can return to the template view of a cataloging or procedural record
User may select different field names for the template view of a cataloging or procedural record (e.g. Physical description in Cataloging may be Decorative motif in the Archaeology template; the field name would revert to standard if the user viewed the entire record, not just the fields available via the template).
User may assign user permissions to specific templates
