Template Requirements

When creating new records, users will often want to begin with a template, or record that contains some baseline of information.
The Services Team's May 7, 2009 Design Meeting with Michael Black of the Hearst Museum touched on this topic.
Requirements
The system should allow the user to:
- Create, edit, save, and delete templates for object, procedural, organizational, and media support records
- View previews of existing templates
- Create templates from scratch, or from existing records
- Make templates either private or publicly available to other CMS users
