Keep record of conservation history related to the object, and link it to authority files: 'specialist' table - 'material' field
Track conservation process
Depending on what type of object it is, needs travel reports
Need the authority to carry on
Security/insurance when in care of the conservator
Conservation file - recording the conservation work/history/future treatments
Requirements for long-term continued care around the object, and specify the 'who'
