SMK Use Case

For SMK the audit information is important.  In our current system the audit information is displayed as a record within the descriptive record for the work of art.  The fields of information that are included in the audit record are: date of edit, initials of the person who made the edit, the original text and the new or edited text and the name of the field that was edited. 

The screen shot includes the following information: Record for one object, a painting by the artist Mantegna

KMSsp69 = the id number of the object

Mantegna, Andrea = artist name

Historik = audit (first occurrence, below Litteratur folder) is for information pertaining to the record that describes the artist

Historik = audit (second occurrence, below Arkiv folder) is for information pertaining to the record for the work of art

Header information at the top of the right window and highlighted record in the list to the left: ASV-Feb 16 2004 3:38PM = initials of the person who made the change - date and time the change was made

On the right side of the screen, log text from left to right:

Brugernavn: initials of the person who made the edit

Oprettelsesdato: date and time the edit was made

Logtekst:

Titel (name of the field that has been edited) Original: original text found in the field Ny: text that was added or modified as a result of the edit

In this record the Signatur, and Titler...Type fields were also edited
